Create and Sign In to Your Master Lock Vault Enterprise Account

 

 

Create a New Account on the Master Lock Vault Enterprise Website

1. To create a new Master Lock Vault Enterprise organization account, first visit the website www.enterprise.masterlockvault.com and click the 'Register a New Organization' button.
2. Follow the onscreen directions to set your Organization's ID and assign your primary administrator.
3. An email with a temporary password will be sent to your primary administrator, which they should enter on your organization's dedicated sign in page.
4. To join an existing Master Lock Vault Enterprise account, contact your organization administrator to confirm the existing Organization ID and request an individual account login invitation.

 

Sign In to Master Lock Vault Enterprise Website

1. Open Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Internet Explorer
2. Navigate to https://enterprise.masterlockvault.com
3. Enter your Organization ID and click Next
4. Enter your email and password then click Sign In

 

 

Sign In to Master Lock Vault Enterprise App

1. After your account has been created on the website, download the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app from the Apple App or Google Play store.
2. Login using your organization ID, email, and password.

1. I can't remember my credentials to sign in to Master Lock Vault Enterprise
   1. What is my Org ID?  
      • This can be viewed in the app if you have signed in before.
      • It is also the last part of the url you log in to in the web (enterprise.masterlockvault.com/xxxxx)
      • Search your email for your welcome email from noreply@masterlockvault.com
   2. What is my Email login?
      • This is the email address your invitation to join was sent to.
   3. What is my Password?
      • You were sent a temporary password and then asked to create a password.
      • To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign in page
