Opening a Lock Box: Unlocking and Opening Your Lock Box

Unlock a Lock Box with a Mobile Device

1. Login to the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app
2. Register and add a lock to your account
3. By default, your lock box is in Wake Touch mode. To unlock the lock box, press any button on the keypad to wake it. The lock box will now appear under the Awake tab in the app.
4. Touch the blue key icon to unlock the lock box.
5. When the light turns green, open within 5 seconds or it will relock. The green light means the door can now be opened by pulling on it.

6. Remove lock box and instruction card from package.

7. Enter PRIMARY CODE shown on the instruction card into the lock box key pad. (Note: Do not pull on the door when entering the code and do not press the Clear button.)

8. Note: Pressing the Clear button erases all input and restarts the process.

9. When the lock box light turns green, open within 5 seconds or it will relock.
