Unlocking a Lock Box Using Master Lock Vault Enterprise

You may only unlock a lock box using Master Lock Vault Enterprise during the times of your approved showing.  If you arrive too early or too late your access will not be valid and the lock box will not open.

1. Prior to arriving at the showing, open the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app to confirm the time of your showing and make sure the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app is able to download your access credentials.
2. Arrive at the house within the showing time window with the app open.
3. Locate the lock box on the house, you may need to check the listing notes in Master Lock Vault Enterprise as the lock box may not be on the front door.
4. Press on any button on the lock box to wake it up.
5. A blue key icon should appear in the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app, press this button.
6. The lock box door should unlock.
7. Pull open the lock box door before it automatically relocks.
8. Unlock the door of the house and return the key to the lock box.
9. Repeat this process to retrieve the key to lock up the house.

   Solving Issues:

10. It is possible for a house to have more than one lock box, confirm that you are at the correct lock box.
