Vault Enterprise Login Assistance
Logging in to the Master Lock Vault Enterprise system through the website or app requires your Organization ID, email, and password.
Master Lock Vault Welcome Email
After you have setup your new Master Lock Vault Enterprise account, you will receive a Welcome email sent to the email address used during account setup that contains your Organization ID and temporary password. Copy the temporary password and login to Master Lock Vault Enterprise app or website to complete the temporary password reset on the first time login.
If you need to reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign in page and enter your Organization ID and Email address. You will receive an email from noreply@masterlockvault.com with steps on how to reset your password.
Add noreply@masterlockvault.com to your approved email addresses to ensure all emails are received.

What is my Organization ID?
The Organization ID is determined by the organization administrator during registration. A welcome email is sent to you with a temporary password and the Organization ID when your login is created.
Where can I find my Organization ID?
- Search your email for the welcome email sent from noreply@masterlockvault.com
- In the app, your Organization ID will be displayed as a drop down list on the login page after the initial sign in
- In the website, your browser may display your Organization ID as a drop down list on the login page when clicking on the text field after the initial sign in
- Your Organization ID is listed as the last part of the URL for your unique login page (enterprise.masterlockvault.com/xxxxx)
What email address is used?
The email address that was used to setup your account should be used to login. This is the email address your invitation to join was sent to. Please note that the exact email address is needed to login.
What is my password?
When your account was created, you were sent a temporary password and then asked to create a new password. If you need to reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign in page and enter your Organization ID and Email address. You will receive an email from noreply@masterlockvault.com with steps on how to reset your password.
On the app, tap the "Forgot Password?" link on the initial sign in screen. On the web, enter your Organization ID, click "next", and click the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign in screen.
