If during that one year period, this product or any part of the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Master Lock Company LLC (“Master Lock”) will at its own and sole discretion, repair or replace the product or part free of charge for the original purchaser. Return of the defective product or part at the customer’s expense, along with proof of purchase, may be required.
